Final Blog

For the FINAL BLOG I would write about something that I would commit myself to create peace. We have all made mistakes within our life and have never done anything good to create peace but not its time to change, we can help some one who is need or that might only need a quarter This would make a difference in our world and it would generate peace too, a future commitment that i would make would have to be try to everyday do something to create peace around me but first it has to start with our selfs and then teach it to others.

WHAT IS AN ENEMIES

 For me an for me is not really an enemy.. What im trying to say with this is that we as humans may or might say that we an enemy only because you dislike someone but that no reason why to hate them or consider them an enemy.. The ones who are on actual enemy would be a terrorist of the nation, who wants to warm other without a reason only for pleasure and so on.We do not really have enemies we only asume we do but come on look at it in other points of view not only the way you see it..

The amounts of families that have several legal problems regarding immigration are alarming. Not a lot of organizations help families and individuals but the ones that do help the families are really expensive and how our economy is doing at this moment not a lot of people can afford it. Lucky for the poor immigrants and refugees there is the DMRS Diocesan Migrant and Refugee Services that help anyone in need of legal orientation, with little cost or none what so ever the refugees can have the opportunity to become a resident or even a U.S. citizen with this they will gain many benefits. Legal and clinical services are provided they protect the right of immigrants.

The Diocesan Migrant and Refugee Services began providing legal services in 1987 in Central and South American refugees escaping from their war-torn counties.  It helps with resident status to undocumented immigrants and also agriculture works with in the United States. Over the years this organization was grown tremendously; it has expanded its services   to provide legal assistance to individuals and families facing removal (formerly deportation) from the U.S., individuals seeking to attain citizenship, and assistance with the family-based immigration process, with special focus on the unification and reunification of families and on victims of domestic violence and human trafficking.  DMRS also provides free citizenship and ESL/GED classes, community seminars etc., has provided services to up to 20,000 migrants within this region. This organization is a non-profit organization which relies on public and private sources of funding for its programs. 

My organization has different base units but the main organization is located on 2400 E. Yandell  its phone number is (915)532-3975 it’s informational web site is htt://www.dmrs-ep.org/index.php. Several lawyers and social workers contribute to this organization to help families unite with their love ones; their organization makes the individuals who attend to their offices feel safe and construable. This organization wouldn’t be anything if there weren’t people who actually care of others and their legal status.

In conclusion organizations help people all over the world, it brings peace and it helps immigrants better themselves in varies ways. Anyone who is in this type of situation should seek for help and take advantage of all the help that is out there, if they don’t speak out how they will be helped. Proving help to the ones is need is the main purpose of all organizations and my organization not only helps them but also gives them the benefit of feeling more comfortable while living in the United States. This gives them opportunities to better their lives and give their children a much wealthier life, for example their kids would be able to attend college, travel and get to know many different states. Most organizations are non-profitable organizations which only make it hard to help people but this gives them strength to prove other that they can do it on their own.

The two-peace activist that I’ve had research would be reacting in a matter of anger toward the following issues, women abuse and the rights for Hispanics. They would both feels as if what they did in the past didn’t make a difference to some citizens of this nation and I say this person that’s how it would make me feel if this had occurred to me. Within their time life was harder then now but they still managed to create peace and keep it that way but today’s citizens can’t do this.

In my own opinion I think that Nelson Mandela or Jane Addams would react to the resent events that are occurring now with great anger and disapproval at the same time. Both were all about peace and this past events are to total opposite violence, murders, gun shots, and many other events that are a big tragedy to our world. What they might do in reaction to this would probably be to march or speak out to the whole world and let them know what they think about this. This world hasn’t changed much since they were peace activist it the same old place were some races aren’t treated with respect of maybe categories with a name tag. Like for example the Hispanics are one of the biggest issue within the United States in my own opinion this races is the most hard working races because they have gone throw so much that all they want is to progress and continue with their education, and for this they have to work in any place where they get hired not mattering if they like it or not. But as see our own government doesn’t see this all they see are immigrants that are in a way steeling the jobs that others do not want. When Nelson would fight for his people’s rights none of this has change still today we have many people that fight for the rights of the Hispanics by doing this it shows us that we have our own peace actives in our era ourselves.

 Another issue that makes me thinks a lot and I think that Jane Addams would have been really interested would be abuse toward women or their children in today’s society. This is something that might be occurring as we speak as of now in any home, it doesn’t matter is your poor or rich this can happen to anyone. Women think its okay for their husband to hit them but it’s not its inhuman for them to do this. Jane Addams created a home for shelter and in today’s world we have plenty of organizations that help abused woman but there are lady’s how do not seek for help because they are afraid of the actions that their husbands might take. But I say one thing why live in a place where you and your own kids don’t feel secured and happy this is not good mentally of emotionally for either side.

Both peace activists in this situation would react as like any human would but they would do more than other would. If they would do this in my own opinion this world would be a better place to live in, where we wouldn’t have to worry about another child left without a mother because his dad killed her, or seeing a family get destroyed because the government decided to deport them not caring that almost all their life they have severed this country with great honor and respect. If we put our minds into it we can all make a difference in someone’s life it’s only a matter of a big or small action, we decide what we want for this world our only and only home.

Nelson and Jane were great people that did not care if their lives were endanger at a point all that was in their minds was to safe the rest who didn’t have the privilege to be happy, free. But maybe we can try to follow their same example even by doing a small action anything helps. Hispanics at times are treated almost has a form of a slave from time to time.

In conclusion I would like to say that this two-peace activist are great people who would do anything in order to help others. And the issues that I choose are strong and well know by our society. And if Jane Addams was still alive she would be really interested in the woman abuse issue that is occurring all over the nation between rich and poor’s. Class levels have nothing to do with it. And Nelson has always fought for human rights so I thought that he would be glad to help with the rights of Hispanics who are living in the United States. By helping them I believe that our nation would be much better and everyone would finally live in peace and harmony as a big happy family.

JUAREZ VIOLENCE

WHAT IS THIS WORLD TURNING IN TO?

Everyone THOUGHT & USED TO SEE EL PASO and our boarder country JUAREZ has a FREE and SAFE community but all the current events that have been occurring throw out this past year have showed us that that's not the way it is any more.

The past even that occurred this weekend was so horrible I cannot believe that people can ever do a thing like this and kill so many innocent people out there. This makes me sad to know that 14 young teens that had their future up head and without a chance to plan their future their lives were taken without any mercy. I'm a strong believer that everything happens for a reason but this didn't have to happen.

GOD protects everyone of us and he is always by our side and the people who killed all this people who had nothing to do with the drug cartel or anything like that had to suffer because of their stupidity, they should get punished the law has to send this people to jail without a bond they would have life sentence.

To be honest I do not think that we can ever bring peace back to Juarez because the own government is in it also, the soldiers and the regular police are with the cartels only to protect their own life’s they DO NOT CARE about the life of the citizens who are in their care. Events like this not only affect the families who were involved but also the whole world and our society as well.

This world is becoming a place of murder and terror but still people ask themselves is their hope? OR Can we find peace? I think that if we fight hard we can accomplish this and GOD is always by our side, he forgives us if we have sinned.

What is PEACE? We may all have different views of peace, we all want peace. for me peace is world peace, spiritual, political, ect. I would like to have peace all over the world being albe to have this means that our world wouldn't have no enemys or nothing llike that.
